Has a passion to see you succeed.
Kathy San Filippo
Kathy holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and has worked for more than 30 years in the field of Experiential and Adventure therapy. She has developed curriculum, trained numerous therapists from local organizations, and been at the forefront of providing experiential therapy services throughout San Diego County. She is known for her success with clients who have failed to thrive in the traditional “office” environment and holds to the belief that people are resilient and can overcome life’s adversities.
Derek San Filippo
Derek is the guy who seems to do everything! With a background in media arts and theatre he brings his own twist to every initiative. Originally hired for his observation skills as a facilitator, he has far outgrown his job description and now can be found doing everything from keeping us all on task, to the creation of new initiatives. Derek is a no-frills kind of guy who works hard to keep clients safe, provide leadership, demonstrate integrity, and provide genuine support and counseling to all who need it.
